  • Curry Chicken & Potato Paratha – Curry Chicken with channa (chickpeas), sweet green peas and Potato Paratha
  • Lentil Sheperd’s Pie (vegetarian) – Stewed lentils and vegetables topped with creamy coconut, herbed mashed potatoes.
  • Saltfish & Yucca – Saltfish buljol  & cabbage served over mashed yucca.
